How long does shipping take for my order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. International shipping via DHL Express usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do Zelos watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Zelos watch is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects.
Are your watches water resistant?
Most of our dive watches are rated to at least 200m or 300m water resistance. Please check the specific product page for the exact depth rating of your model.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Prices listed do not include VAT or import duties. Customers are responsible for any local customs fees incurred upon the watch's arrival in their country.
